Bath Toys for Brayden

Today, our Fish Family friend Virginia told us about Brayden Sodestrom. Brayden has been battling Leukemia (ALL) since he was 2 years old. He’s now 4 and recently underwent a Cord Blood transplant at Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). The first 100 days post-transplant are the most crucial days for Brayden as his immune system is weak. To help prevent infection and reduce his risks daily baths are vital, but painful for little Brayden. Virginia is stepping up to start a fundraising campaign called “Bath Toys for Brayden” as a way to give him a little positive incentive during these painful bath times. Please e-mail Virginia if you’d like to bless Brayden’s family with bath toys. Learn more about “Brayden’s Battle” from his Dad’s daily blog. Lastly, but most important, Brayden and his family really need everyone's prayers during this time.
