Do You Multi-task? Study Shows It Could Be A Bad Thing

Are you a multi-tasker? Do you continually change gears to do different tasks at one time? If so, then you may be surprised to learn this new study shows that frequently switching your mind-set or focus may leave you with less ability to control your temper, to resist cheating on your diet or to continue your exercise routine. This new research goes on to explain that people who approach tasks one at a time … may actually be really smart, because they’re conserving their mental energy to handle tougher tasks as they come up during the day.
