Keeping Your Family Healthy

A new study in the journal Pediatrics found that children who share meals with their families at least three times per week are less likely to be overweight, eat unhealthy foods or be at risk for eating disorders. Childhood obesity is a significant health problem facing families today and many parents feel overwhelmed by the problem and don’t know where to start.
