Young Californians can compete for a chance to participate in the U.S. Capitol Tree Lighting Ceremony in Washington, D.C. This year the tree is being supplied by Stanislaus National Forest -- right here in California. Your kids can download entry forms to participate in the statewide drawing. Entry forms must be postmarked by Oct. 7th.
