Special Olympics Donations

Yesterday, while wearing a chicken costume, Lt. Mike Hallinan of the Irvine Police Department rappeled over 100 feet down the side of the Irvine Civic Center clock tower. He did the feat twice to generate donations for his longer rappel from the Hyatt Regency Long Beach on Oct. 29th to benefit the Special Olympics. Click here to learn more about Lt.
