3 O.C. Post offices open Sunday

During this holiday period, the Postal Service expects to process 589 million pieces of mail every day. From Thanksgiving to Christmas, an estimated 16.5 billion letters, cards and packages will be processed and delivered. The U.S. Postal Service will open three Orange County branches this Sunday to help customers avoid the last-minute holiday rush next week.
These three branches will be open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday:
Irvine: 15642 Sand Canyon Ave.
•Laguna Niguel: 29911 Niguel Rd.
Santa Ana: 3101 W. Sunflower Ave.
