This past weekend dozens of decked out boats filled Newport Beach for the 103rd Annual Boat Parade and among them was last year's winner - The Last Hurrah which had nearly three times as many lights as the Rockefeller tree. Our own Bobby Shaw was fortunate enough to ride on the Pirate Ship in this video.
