VIDEO: Military Mom from the OC suprises daughter at school

We want to say welcome home to First Class Petty Officer Toni Debem from Chino. Earlier this week she returned to the OC after her third deployment to the Arabian Gulf. Check out the surprise on her 9-year-old daughters face when she showed up at her school.
